Job Description

Greatness starts here!

This is a full time (0.8 considered for the right candidate) fixed term leave replacement commencing in May 2024 until November 2024 based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. You will be based at Broadmeadows, Craigieburn or Milll Park with the expectation that you travel across these sites providing clinical and operational supervision to our talented team of clinicians.

As the team leader you will also be responsible for:

  • Support the Child Health Team Program to identify actions that facilitate service transformation.
  • Identify and manage improvement action plans focused on enhancing client experience and outcomes and optimising operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide clinical leadership and operational supervision.  Staff to receive monthly operational supervision (pro rata FTE).

Our ideal candidate will come with Pediatric allied health experience leading a multidisciplinary team within a community health setting or someone with extensive allied health experience looking to move into a leadership role.

You will also:

  • Have a current Professional Registration with relevant body (e.g. AHPRA, SPA etc.)
  • Have a demonstrated ability to support a coordinated approach by working with a range of stakeholders to improve health outcomes of clients within the community.
  • A strong ability to build professional therapeutic relationships in a client centred, culturally safe manner and promote client engagement.
  • An Allied Health Professional Qualification

  • Full time (0.8 considered for the right candidate)
  • Fixed term leave replacement commencing in May 2024 until November 2024
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
  • Full driver license and travel between sites required.
